The quoted rates are provided by Travertine Outlet are based on destination locations, volume, weight and season. We give direct quotes from 3rd party shipping companies
to all our U.S. customers without any further charges.
Travertine Outlet works with well known freight forwarders Due to our regular shipping volume, Travertine Outlet able to negotiate the most competitive shipping rates on your behalf. Any rates provided by Travertine Outlet are for standard pick-up and delivery to final address.
Travertine Outlet provides all U.S. customers their tracing (tracking code) number when order leaves our warehouses. Tracking information is usually available within 24-hours of shipping. Please contact customer service regarding trace numbers.
Liftgate vs. Forklift
Depending on weight, volume and truck availability, most of orders qualify for Lift-gate service delivery. This is the most common service type for many customers however if you have an available forklift at the job site we can ship with regular box trucks. We can also arrange flat bed truck deliveries if available.
It is our customer’s responsibility to provide contact information that allows the shipper to contact you when shipment is arrived to it is final destination. Additional storage and/or shipping charges and other warehouse charges will apply if the customer cannot be contacted and/or not available, does not have the means to unload or is not prepared to receive product; or if product is redirected upon customer’s request.All Delivery times must be communicated between customer and the shipping company. Travertine Outlet will not be held liable for delays in delivery times.Customers have the right to arrange for their own shipping company.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Any and all requests for returns must be submitted in writing and approved by Travertine Outlet in writing within 7 days of delivery of the material to the customer.
The product must be returned entirely in original form and in the same exact condition as when it arrived at the original destination.The products must not have been installed, removed and then returned.The product returned must match the product authorized for return. Travertine Outlet will arrange for pick-up of the product. Customer will pay all Return Shipping Fees to ship the material back to and to be unloaded at Travertine Outlet's choice of warehouse. Returns will be charged 30% Restocking Fee.
